Randy Garner

Rev. Randy Garner faithfully served as the lead pastor and church planter of Christ Community Church for 25 years. During his tenure, he planted two additional churches and adopted another for revitalization. He also spent several years as the Evangelism and Church Growth Director—now called CMAD (Church Multiplication & Discipleship)—for the Shenandoah District of the Wesleyan Church.

Beyond his pastoral work, Randy is a highly sought-after speaker for revivals, camp meetings, retreats, and church revitalization efforts, and coaching other pastors. He carries a deep passion for sharing Christ with all people and a strong heart for encouraging pastors and strengthening small churches. With over 25 years of chaplaincy experience in police, fire, and hospital settings, he has provided spiritual care and support during some of life’s most critical moments.

Recently, Randy transitioned from his role at Christ Community Church into a new season of ministry. He now serves as part of the revitalization team with Dirt Road Network and as the interim Assistant District Superintendent for the Shenandoah District of the Wesleyan Church. He is excited about this new chapter and the continued opportunity to advance God’s Kingdom.
