We invite you to join a group of rural and small-town pastors who desire to make an eternal impact right where they are.
We invite you to join a journey of growth and connection. Pastors participating in our cooperative programs are led through lessons designed to equip them to have an impact in the community to which they are called.
Cooperatives begin with sessions focused on camaraderie and leadership development. Participants meet virtually for two 9-week sessions. During the first year, focus is given to peer mentoring and learning what it means to be a missionary called to rural and small town America.
Subsequent sessions focus on key topics relevant to pastors and typically include an in-person gathering.
